glest 1.2.1.1 has been released for both linux and windows. however i could 
not get this release to compile. the CVS 
(http://sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=127297) version compiles tho.

An ebuild, modified from precedent version.
On the official forum, the author said that ppc is not actualy supported.
I can't test on an amd64.
