This bug is not needed as ~ppc keyword is already present:

   12 Jul 2005; David Holm <dholm@gentoo.org> loop-aes-3.0d.ebuild:
   Added to ~ppc.

It was just a diff-problem on the depend bug which I should have noticed before,
sorry :(
