guide-localization.xml.patch

This time guide localization, setting up fonts for terminals in X should be
done as normal user. People are told that it needs be done in home dir so
there's no need to additional info to login as normal user.

dri-howto fix, X should be run as normal user, all glxinfo and glxgears tests
should be also done that way, adding info about logging in as normal user.

You're confusing users.
1) emerge X as root
2) run man as a user (because for some reason it's not safe to run man as
root?)
3) become root again...
4) change again...

All the fetchmail and mutt configuration is done as normal user in his home
dir.

whole xhost thing to them before...

Status update? Sir, yes sir:

All the patches should go in. 

In guide localization, commands i've changed prompts for should be run from 
normal user account, as it's an user who's going to use them. 
In dri-howto, we suggest running X as a root - and it's certainly not the best 
idea.
In guide-to-mutt i'd like to change whole philosophy of a doc and setup a mail 
for normal user account instead of a root. Well, another good idea. 
nx-guide patch is just a touch up in this useless doc and changes nothing, as 
noone likes or reads the doc anyway. :)

This is a replacement patch for the original guide-localization patch. This uses the latest version of the doc in CVS (1.25).

Also, I took care of the dri-howto patch over on bug 116506. Note that that fix is dependent on the modifications in that bug being accepted, as well. :)
