Hi,

During my upgrade to gnome-2.12_rc1, i had the following issue:

 - gnome-panel and gnome-applets were first upgraded to their 2.11.x version,
and linked against an old libwnck (libwnck-1.so.16 IIRC, from the 2.10.3 package)

 - then libwnck was upgraded to 2.11.92, and the lib became libwnck-1.so.18, and
thus broke some applets (window list and workspace switcher)

Although it's probably not really a bug (this two packages can probably work
with the old libwnck), I think that forcing a >=x11-libs/libwnck-2.11 dep
(instead of 2.9.92 currently) in this two gnome ebuilds would prevent the
behavior i had, and make the Gnome upgrade path a bit smoother (ie., avoid a
revdep-rebuild).
