xscreensaver's screensavers don't get detected when compiling kdeartwork-kscreensaver, resulting in lack of screensavers in KDE's screensaver widget. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Emerge xscreensaver. 2. Emerge kdeartwork-screensaver and kscreensaver 3. Look in kde's widget. Actual Results: Only KDE's screensavers show up in widget. Expected Results: KDE's and xscreensaver's screensavers show up in widget. Example from http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-p-2619862.html --- checking for lib/xscreensaver/flame... not found checking for lib/xscreensaver/flame... (cached) not found checking for bin/xscreensaver-hacks/flame... not found checking for hacks/flame... not found ---
This only affects xscreensaver >=4.22. Masking the new version and emerging 4.20 puts the screensavers in the widget.
Which version of kdeartwork-kscreensaver? This should be fixed in 3.4.2. Please always post your 'emerge info'.
