Thanks in advance! Didn't know this was in portage until I checked
packages.gentoo.org. I was using rpm to install it (and that was the only reason
I had rpm on my systems). One less one-use application on my boxes... :)
does the 0.7.33 version works well for you? this package has been in portage
for
quite some time and I think it is time for set it as stable.
Works ok, as in runs. It has been quite some time since I used it with my
specific setup and I'm having some trouble with the new udev/pam setup, but it
runs and accesses my old database fine. I was using 0.7.21, and 0.7.33 opened my
old data with no problems.
Turns out my phone is still under-supported currently in BitPim - the LG 4500.
I
was able to work with my phone as advertised - sync'd contacts, wallpaper, etc.
So, all systems go. Thanks.
version bumped.
I've also marked 0.7.33 as stable on x86.
