This version 1.21 fixes many bugs.  I also have been using this version for
quite some time trouble free.  See the url indicated to see the laundry list of
fixes.

No, it shouldn't be marked stable until Bug 96632 is solved. It simply does not
work for me, and not only me.

Seeing that the blocker bug has been fixed, I've marked 1.21 stable on x86.
