tpm-tools is a set of tools from the TrouSerS project that allow various
operations on TPM chips. It sounds useful, but i'm really in my first day of
playing with this TPM stuffs, so i can't say much more :)

I've made it depend on trousers-0.1.11 since that's the version i've used (bug
#95764), but maybe it actually works with the in-portage 0.1.7, i can't say.
