The emerging of vsftpd tried to create a /home/ftp directory. If home is mounted
over nfs root has no write permissions on /home. So the emerge fails.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. mount homes over nfs, with no root acccess
2. emerge vsftp
3.

Fixed in vsftp-2.0.3-r1
