I emerged kde-meta and the build process aborted on kcontrol complaining of  
various usb related undefined references.  
I have the usb USE flag enabled.

Expected Results:  
 

Upgrading dev-libs/libusb from 0.1.8 to 0.1.10a allows kde-meta to compile 
successfully. Can we get this dependency into portage?
