Put a paragraph in the faq usage section suggesting that users look for 
answers to problems they are having with Gentoo in the gentoo-user list 
archives, and give the url.
Even someone like me (without unix or linux experience) can solve many build 
and installation issues by themselves once they are guided towards the 
information in the gentoo-user list archive. (thanks drobbins)
