1.5.0_03 came out over the weekend.
Old version has been pulled from the download-page at sun.

So, once again with all info 
A new version of sun-jdk 1.5.0 has come out over the weekend. Since they pulled the previous one from the website you can no longer download & build the old version (it is a fetch-it-yourself ebuild).
