I've added it to CVS. I cannot find COPYING file in the
source tarball, and none of its files say anything about
the license, and I had to google a bit to find that it is
actually GPL'd. If you know that the software is GPL-2
(and you know it doesn't contain the file), it would be
kind to point where we can check the license.
