Haven't followed the thread on -dev closely... All we need to do is replace
the oggvorbis use flag with vorbis in all ebuilds, right? No further changes
of any kind.

Two use flags, "vorbis" is the audio codec and "ogg" a container format, which
e.g. can contain flac, too. Either one is to apply, sometimes both, maybe.
