4.3.1 now in portage

I have no idea what I did wrong. All I did was reply to a bug asking why it was
taking so long. I know that sometimes there is a reason for packages not to
make it into portage. I was not trying to put down the gentoo developers in any
way, I think you guys do a great job.

Perhaps Gentoo devs have more pressing things than updating simple packages.
It's not like 4.3.1 contains any major bugfixes so you can wait for it.
