The changes in this release are as follows:
CGI execution performance has been dramatically improved. There is a
new error response handling subsystem. It includes support for
building a new embedded version of the server called u-cherokee. It
has a quality assurance engine to test most of the server
functionality. This release also implements an on-the-fly polling
method selection. It adds some eye candy functionality, and some bugs
were fixed.
