        Removed these options from libnss-mysql.cfg: timeout, compress,

trivial portage overlay files for libnss-mysql-1.4

took a couple of minutes, but here's a trivial portage overlay for libnss-mysql
...  set PORTDIR_OVERLAY=/usr/local/portage (or wherever) in /etc/make.conf and
untar this into a /usr/local/portage/sys-libs/libnss-mysql directory.
