Bug 8684 – PERL don't merge (missing file)

Since a few days, my emerge -u world is cancelled because a bug in perl
emerge, on all ma boxes (fr_FR@euro), here is the log :

   Solved by setting LC_ALL=C (yes, I've correctly read gento's perl buglist
this time).

   The bug is not closed, I've juste found temporary a solution.
