sorry about bad pasting (spaces in filenames) I'm seeing this as well. This bug makes it impossible to install kdeaddons-meta-3.4.0, as this package has the following dependencies (output of emerge -vpt): [ebuild U ] kde-base/kdeaddons-meta-3.4.0 [3.4.0_rc1] +arts 0 kB [ebuild N ] kde-base/konq-plugins-3.4.0 +arts -debug +kdeenablefinal +kdexdeltas -xinerama 0 kB [ebuild N ] kde-base/kdeaddons-docs-konq-plugins-3.4.0 +arts -debug +kdeenablefinal +kdexdeltas -xinerama 0 kB This means, that first kdeaddons-docs-konq-plugins is going to be installed and afterwards konq-plugins should be installed. This won't work, as konq-plugins contains files, that belong to kdeaddons-docs-konq-plugins. Created attachment 56146 [details]
"emerge info" output
I doubt that this is important, but attached is my "emerge info".
the konq-plugins ebuild automatically includes its documentation, so kdeaddons-docs-konq-plugins should be removed from the tree. Objections? No objections from my side. konqueror-akregator also depends on kdeaddons-docs-konq-plugins. That's why k-d-k-p remained a separate ebuild when all konq addons other than akregator were merged into konq-plugins. I've committed a konq-plugins-3.4.0-r1 that doesn't install the docs, eliminating the conflict. |
