Issue: dev-lang/teyjus-2.1-r2 calls ar directly.
Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: ci)

NOTE:
As per QA policy, toolchain tools must not be called directly because they can cause issue in cross-compiling and because is not possible use a different AR implementation (like llvm-ar). To reproduce, please use sys-devel/gcc-config[-native-symlinks], sys-devel/binutils-config[-native-symlinks].

    dev-lang/teyjus: Use CC,LD,AR,AS,CPP.
    
    Use the environment variables CC, LD, AR, AS, CPP to configure the
    build environment. Specify the ocaml -cc option to instruct ocamlopt.opt
    to call the specified C compiler. Builds with gcc or clang. Remove the
    superflous sys-devel/binutils and sys-devel/gcc dependencies. Thanks to
    Agostino Sarubbo for reporting.
