When emerging kdeaddons-meta, konq-plugins (which is included in the
kdeaddons-3.4.0.tar.bz2 file) is not emerged. This leads to missing features
such as the search bar in Konqueror.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge kdeaddons-meta
2.
3.
Actual Results:
The konq-plugins split ebuild was not installed.
Expected Results:
The konq-plugins ebuild should be installed.
In fact the only konq-plugins having an ebuild is konqueror-akregator, many
others like khtmlsettingsplugin, kimagalleryplugin, fsview, sidebar, arkplugin
and many more are simply not there in the portage tree.
Please don't do that, see bug 83504 for instance.
Now Fixed in kdeaddons-meta-3.4.0.ebuild . Thanks for reporting this.
