In time this might be needed, but not much use as a lone lib. Besides that the
depenencies line is again a bit too general.

When trying this ebuild i get:

Check that the path is in your PORTDIR_OVERLAY.

For a version bump to 0.6.0 which is required by latest anjuta cvs snapshot
ebuild simply rename.

So far it is only libraries, so i think it fits better into dev-libs.  Anyhow, added.
