mail-notification has been updated to version 1.1, simply copying the existing
1.0 ebuild to 1.1 worked for me.

With the gmail useflag set the new version should depend on icu. It then
supports Gmail timestamps.

mail-notification 1.0 to 1.1 ebuild diff

This patch bumps the ebuild from 1.0 to 1.1, adding an optional USE flag for
gmail timestamps because ICU is a pretty big dependency.  Tested on x86.

mail-notification requires the gmime package to be able to use pop3 or what
ever
