dictd 1.9.14 is currently ~ppc. ive been running it for a while now ( and i use
it several times every day ) without issue or defect.

the reason why i am using 1.9.14 is because of bug
http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=81211. perhaps 1.9.14 should be
keyworded to ppc.
