The Marathon Trilogy data files have been made publicly available from Bungie
through bungie.org. This build includes the files needed to install Marathon
Infinity which contain all of the tweaks to run on the Aleph One Marathon game
engine.
From the ebuild description- "The data files to play Bungie's Marathon Infinity
on Aleph One"
I've included a few files in addition to the ebuild including an icon, a
launcher script that avoids issues with KDE Arts, and a settings file to avoid
overwriting preferences files with Marathon Infinity.
I've also included a new license file "bungie-marathon" mirroring the
information from the Marathon Trilogy Boxed Set (which the data files originate
from) and the latest information from bungie.org regarding the free release.
This ebuild belongs in games-fps.
I meant to say, "I've included a few files in addition to the ebuild including
an icon, a launcher script that avoids issues with KDE Arts, and a settings
file to avoid overwriting preferences files with Marathon *2*."
