added dev-embedded/gezel

I added a configre option that seemed harmless. 

Don't know why --enable-systemccosim failed (missing gmp lib - yeh real weird). Ran out of time to check

Nice ebuild and package thanks for the suggestion.

from the top of my head:
it probably depends on systemc - which is in app-sci/systemc. don't know if you already had that installed.

i might look at it further - but no promise
