binutils-config claims to have a man-page, but it isn't there:

$ binutils-config

Usage: binutils-config [options] [binutils profile]
...

$ man binutils-config
No manual entry for binutils-config

oops, was using .1 in the ebuild instead of .8

fixed with 1.8-r1
