Instead of using the already-installed sci-libs/blas-atlas and sci-libs/lapack-atlas, sci-geosciences/grass-5.0.3 wants to install the obsolete (see Bug #30453) sci-libs/blas and sci-libs/lapack.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge --oneshot blas-atlas lapack-atlas
2. emerge -pv grass

Actual Results:

note grass isn't currently maintained.

Grass related stuff now gets discussed in bug #72353
There are ebuilds for Grass 5.4.0 and 5.7.0, 6.0.0beta1 for testing and notes on some related bugs too (GDAL, QGIS).

With Grass 5.4.x and newer where problems with building with blas/lapack atlas versions. It is possible, that Grass 5.0.x cant be built with blas-atlas and lapack-atlas. Why? Ask Grass developers ;)

The 5.4.0 and 6.0.0 ebuilds work with blas/lapack fine so far on the tested 
arches, and this one is now obsolete.
