Improved filename/version matching to close bugs 64403 74149 69464 23951.
Added -v verbose option.
Improved default error message.

Primarily did this because I wanted CGI::Builder to work, but also fixes
other issues in the process.

Very nice:) Making a few minor adjustments, but will be placing this (with credit) in cvs shortly. It will be in the next release of portage (sorry, the two are intertwined as far as releases).

Since I've commited the modified version to the tree, I'm going to close this out. After closing (because I didn't think of it until now...) i'll post the final draft.
