In order that app-i18n/prime-0.9.4_alpha3 may operate normally, I think that
the following packages are required. 

* dev-ruby/sary-ruby
* dev-ruby/ruby-progressbar

When these packages are not installed, Japanese cannot be inputted by emacs or
uim.
