Maybe this bug is related to #87992 ?
*** Bug 87992 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
as bug #87992 was closed here the same.
qcomicbook 0.2.1 is out, bumping the ebuild in bug #87992 works for me...
i'm sorry, but desktop-misc can't afford to add many more packages... we are
already adding the comic reader from bug 88211
its not that i don't appreciate your work, just that we can't maintain so many
packages
if you can convince me that we need both of these, repoen
It's no webcomic book reader. Qcomicbook it's offline comicbook reader eg.
manga
& etc comic in offline. This application included more usefull interface.
qcomicbook-0.2.3 is there,
version bump to qcomicbook-0.2.3 works for me...
I, too, think that it should be kept arround, it's really usefull..

Reopened wrt comments 8&9
i know when to admit that i'm wrong :-)
ok... i looked at your ebuild and there are a number of issues
all the comments are unnecessary... people who bother reading ebuilds know what
the variables mean
USE="X qt" is unnecessary. your package ALWAYS depends on x11 and qt, so users
have no choice but to use them.
virtual/x11, app-arch/unrar, app-arch/rar, and app-arc/zip were added to *DEPEND
since the website stated that the program needed them
i also replaced ./configure with econf
in portage... enjoy :-)
x11-misc ? Why ? This is comic book reader ;) I'm think this need move to
media-gfx?
x11-misc because the bug was assigned to desktop-misc, and that is largly our
catagory. if someone from the media herds would be willing to maintain the app,
i guess they could switch it
i like having all the deskop-misc programs in x11-misc. it doesn't really
matter, though, since you can install it no problem
Icon for qcomicbook not installed. This is feature ? ;)
PS qcomicbook included icon
Version bump to 0.2.4 works fine here.
