The rss feed plugin from akregator for konqueror is part of the kdeaddons
package so it needs a new ebuild that wasn't present before 3.4_beta1.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge kdeaddons-meta -vpD
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
There's no mention of anything for akregator in the list. 

Expected Results:  
Should be an entry for for the konqueror-akregator plugin. 

It wasn't just me going crazy thinking I had screwed my system up when I spent 
an hour trying to figure out why that RSS icon was missing. ;)

I added the new ebuild kde-base/konqueror-akregator in portage.

Please increase the ebuild revision on such changes (for kdeaddons-meta, in
this case). That the ebuilds are masked is no reason not to do that AFAICS...
