Here is the patch to add iutf8 support in coretuils.

This is necessary for me, because some coreutils programs refuse to work properly without it. One such example is cat.

Please apply it on cvs.

This is patch for coreutils-5.2.1-r2.ebuild

This patch is necessary to apply after the previous files with pathc is in the
files dirrectory.

sorry, i meant to add this to our 5.2.1-r5 and completely forgot :(

now in our 5.2.1-r6
