When someone emerges devfsd, a message should be displayed informing the user
of the user guide available from the Gentoo Doc Project [Device File System
Guide (http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/devfs-guide.xml)].
This additions would help new users figure out how to use devfs on their own.
This would also reduce the number of questions about devfs asked on the forums
and irc.
