IMAP client module for Perl

Necessary for bug #68832

I'm attaching an ebuild and a nasty patch so that it doesn't ask the user if he wants to do extended tests or not. Maybe someone could use a finer solution with 'sed'.

Added - nice work. Trimmed keywords to platforms I could confirn, changed srcuri to use mirror
