primary fix: using *OUR* $CFLAGS (not that from the Makefile)

secondary: remove "COPYING", since this is obsolete (LICENSE="GPL-2" is enough). Also removing "bcount" from 'dobin', because it's just a test-"script" and was also not compiled anymore (needs 'all' switch in 'emake' to do this; see Makefile). Furthermore: removed obsolete "make clean" (why was it there anyway?)
