I've updated the ebuild to 0.52.0, because the newest version in portage is a
bit outdated. I had to add a new run time dependency to dev-perl/libintl-perl
and I had to increase the minimum transcode version, that's all. Rest of the
ebuild is untouched and works perfect here on two machines.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge dvdrip
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
getting boring old dvdrip version

Expected Results:  
getting brand new shiny 0.52.0 Version of dvdrip
