the config.sub file into the archive is broken. It avoids the configure script
to run properly.

adds ~amd64 and patch the archive is use amd64 is active

fixes config.sub and config.guess

I added a fix based on eclass gnuconfig. Amd64 people - feel free to test and
potentially add amd64 keyword.
