Apparently Crosswire has removed the RSV from their available modules. 
Emerging sword-modules fails because RSV.zip cannot be downloaded.  By removing
the two lines that reference this file (one in SRC_URI definition and one in
src_unpack), I was able to complete the download and installation.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge sword-modules
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
emerge aborted because RSV.zip could not be downloaded.

Expected Results:  
Installation of a collection of SWORD modules
