I can't emerge tre because of collision package (agrep)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge app-text/agrep-2.04
2. having collision-protect as FEATURES
3. try to emerge dev-libs/tre-0.7.0

Actual Results:  
cannot emerge tre if agrep is installed

Expected Results:  
tre shouldn't have the same files as agrep

conflict because of agrep noted in:
dev-libs/tre
app-misc/glimpse
and app-text/agrep

Any of these packages should confict with the other packages listed above.
