dev-perl/net-server provides the Net::Server::Multiplex class which depends on
IO::Multiplex, but dev-perl/net-server doesn't depend on dev-perl/IO-Multiplex.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. On a system without IO-Multiplex, install any perl package depending on
dev-perl/net-server and using Net::Server::Multiplex (submitted SQLgrey ebuild
modified to not depend on dev-perl/IO-Multiplex for example)
2. Try to run the software


Actual Results:  
perl tells you it can't find IO::Multiplex
