Description Ortwin Glueck 2004-11-14 14:27:58 UTC
This is a KIO Slave for KDE, which provides access to songs on an Appli iPOD through konqueror. The ebuild works on my system. I had to apply a small patch to the application, to make the KIO slave work with udev systems (where you can use arbitrary device names).

Hope this will make it into the stock collection of packages. If you want, I am willing to maintain the package.

Kind regards

Ortwin Gl

kio-ipod package

The package. I put it into kde-misc as there is kio-locate which is also a KIO
slave.

Thanks for posting this also if it's duplicate. please the next time don't send the full program on bugzilla as it will only take precious space and also don't send the portage dir in a compressed file but you should only attach the ebuild and the the possible patches as plain-text.

Okay, thanks for the hints and sorry for not following your rules. I think the ebuild attached to #60368 is nicer, as it makes use uf the kde eclass. But my udev patch is really needed. Please merge...
