Ebuild for gmult 3.0

Only tested on amd64 there it works.

Daniel, I have two comments regarding the submitted ebuild:
- please clear out the Header field so it reads # $Header: $
- please do not remove x86 keywords; KEYWORDS="~x86 ~amd64"

Currently testing compile on x86, will then commit to CVS.

Compile tested on x86.
The update will reach Gentoo users in about two hours.

1. Yes, not clearing out the header I did forget 
2. Since I only have an amd64, thus only tested it on that, I figured I'll only keep the KEYWORDS I knew it worked on..
