This adds a new virtual/mda provider for procmail and maildrop. This doesn't 
include using a conflict between the two, since they both can be used 
together, even at the same time, but this virtual/mda is useful for dependancy 
checks.

I suggest a new profiles/default/virtuals profile for virtual/mda to be 
maildrop or procmail. procmail is more popular, but also, IMHO, archaic, and 
has bad habbits, especially with large emails.
