The latest reiserfsprogs in portage is 3.6.18, and even it's masked on all but
ppc64.  As there are some important fixes in the Changelog, could we bump and
unmask 3.6.19 on at least amd64 and x86?

Since 3.6.19 is the latest stable version, and does have bug fixes over 3.6.18,
could you unmask it on the mentioned platforms?
