gsview-4.6 depends on app-text/ghostscript-afpl, when instead it should depend on virtual/ghostscript. app-text/ghostscript-afpl-8.15 provides virtual/ghostscript. app-text/ghostscript-7.07.1-r6 provides virtual/ghostscript. So, gsview should work with either of the above installed, but currently insists on app-text/ghostscript-afpl. The alternative for now is to install gv instead of gsview. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
This is wrong! See my bug 76805. GS 7.07 doesnt provide libgs.so AFAICT.
