Created an attachment (id=40238) [details]
files/slmodem-2.9.10-makefile-fixup.patch

This file is the only thing needed by a new slmodem-2.9.10. 
A simple 
    cp slmodem-2.9.9-r2.ebuild slmodem-2.9.10.ebuild
would create the update. Well, maybe you'll want to put ~x86 keyword before you
