It's probably about time to revisit this .. what's left folks? A lot ... But most of it is tagged with "PREFIX LOCAL", making it easier to see the differences. I wonder if it isn't going to be easier to introduce sys-apps/portage-prefix, as I'm not sure if we can easily bridge all necessary differences. It needs a review of diffs between the branches in any case.
