tested only on x86, but should compile and run on other platforms as well.

ziproxy-1.3d is out

New stable release: 1.3d. Fixed bugs:

    * Removed chunked encoding issue when accessing some servers.
    * LibConfuse is linked statically by default.

plain version bump works. Just rename the ebuild.
