This is long awaited build that is going to become final if no new bugs would
be found that brings important balance fixes to the game.
It is essential that ebuild for this finds its place in portage so that all
civtype game lovers would be able to enjoy it :)

It must have been no more than like an hour sinse I checked their website when
they put there the final version of the game up :)
